After launching the vivo V50 Lite in the Philippines, vivo is now adding a new model to its Y series, the vivo Y29!
The device is the successor to the vivo Y28, offering a new design and features.
One of the key upgrades is the quad-curved back design, which is a first for the Y Series. The Y29 is 8.09mm thin and weighs 205 grams.
The phone comes in two color options, Marble White and Espresso Brown.
The camera module now takes design cues from vivo’s higher-end models, featuring a diamond-patterned outer ring similar to the X200 series.
The Dynamic Light feature from the Y28 also returns, offering flashing effects for calls, music, and camera use.
The vivo Y29 is officially launching on May 31, 2025.
