But aside from gaming, what else does this phone offer? Is it worth its price? Let’s find out.

Design and Build

Our review unit comes in the Icesense Blue colorway. The design is simple yet impressive. It features a smooth, matte-like finish that resists fingerprint smudges — a nice touch for everyday use.

The camera module also stands out with its reddish accent, complementing the look nicely. The phone feels solid and durable in hand, with a good grip that makes it comfortable to hold.

In terms of dimensions, it weighs in at 202g and has a thickness of 8.25mm.

Around the frame, you’ll find the volume rocker and a red power button on the right side, a speaker grille, microphone, and IR blaster on top, and at the bottom, the USB-C port, SIM tray, another speaker grille, and a microphone.

Despite its weight, the realme GT 7T looks great. The red accents around the camera module and power button complete the overall aesthetic. It also comes with an IP69 rating, adding to its durability.

Display

The phone boasts a 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a resolution of 1264 x 2780 pixels and a 120Hz refresh rate. Outdoor use is no issue thanks to its peak brightness of 6000 nits, and it’s protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7i.

For entertainment, the screen delivers impressive quality. Colors are sharp and vibrant with excellent detail. The thin bezels also provide a more immersive viewing experience, and the viewing angles are solid with no noticeable color shifting.

Camera Performance

Since this device is more focused on gaming, the camera setup is fairly simple. It has a dual-camera system with a 50MP main sensor and an 8MP ultra-wide, plus a 32MP selfie camera.

The rear camera captures vibrant images with a wide dynamic range and good detail. It avoids deep shadows and heavy blacks, and the sky in outdoor shots is processed well.

Performance, Chipset, Storage

Powering the realme GT 7T is the MediaTek Dimensity 8400 MAX, running on Android 15 with realme UI 6.0. Our review unit comes with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage, and the RAM can be expanded virtually by another 12GB.

Multitasking is smooth with no signs of lag. It handles multiple apps and productivity tasks with ease and delivers great performance for entertainment too.

We tested Zenless Zone Zero, a demanding game, and it ran smoothly even at low settings with 60FPS. Gameplay was fluid with no hiccups — even in combat scenarios.

The realme GT 7T is equipped with a massive 7000mAh battery, paired with 120W fast charging. In our video loop test, it lasted about 16 hours and 43 minutes.
