In case you missed it, Infinix launched a new budget-friendly smartphone in the Philippines under PHP5K, the Infinix SMART 9 HD.
The device features a large 6.7-inch HD+ IPS LCD screen with a resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels, a 90Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of 500 nits.
For photography, it comes with a 13MP main camera that has an f/1.85 aperture, autofocus, an LED flash, and supports 1080p video recording. Meanwhile, the 8MP front camera is placed in a punch-hole cutout for selfies.
Powering the device is a MediaTek Helio G50 chipset, paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage, which is expandable up to 1TB via microSD card.
It runs on Android 14 (Go Edition) with XOS 14 and is backed by a 5000mAh battery that supports 10W charging. The phone also supports dual nano SIMs with 4G LTE connectivity.
The Infinix SMART 9 HD is priced at PHP 3,699 for the 4GB + 64GB variant.
