Acer has unveiled two new laptops under the Swift X series — the Acer Swift X 14 and Swift X 14 AI.
According to Acer, both laptops are created to provide professionals and content producers with dependable performance and a range of AI tools to support their artistic pursuits.
The Acer Swift X 14 (SFX14-73G) features a 14.5-inch OLED panel with WQXGA+ (2880×1800) resolution, 340 nits brightness, 16:10 aspect ratio, DCI-P3 100% color gamut, and Calman-verified with integrated multi-touch. Upfront is also a 1080p FHD IR camera (1920×1080) with dual-mic support.
Under the hood, it is powered by either an Intel Core Ultra 5 processor 225H, an Intel Core Ultra 7 processor 255H, or an Intel Core Ultra 9 processor 285H. The processor is accompanied by up to an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Laptop GPU.
It also comes with up to 32GB LPDDR5X memory, up to 1TB PCIe Gen 4 SSD, and a 76 Wh 4-cell Li-ion battery.
Connectivity features include Intel Killer Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3.
Ports include 2x USB Type-C (supports Thunderbolt 4, USB charging), 2x USB 3.2 Type-A ports (one supporting USB charging), HDMI, and a MicroSD card slot.
For security, it supports facial recognition, fingerprint reader, and Kensington lock (nano-type).
It runs on Windows 11 Home for OS.
Other features include DTS:X Ultra Audio, dual speakers, Haptic touchpad, MPP 2.0 stylus support, Copilot Hotkey, Windows Studio Effects, Acer Sense, Acer PurifiedVoice 2.0, Acer PurifiedView 2.0, Acer User Sensing 2.0, Activity Indicator on Touchpad, Backlit keyboard, and a 180-degree hinge.
The Swift X 14 measures 322.42 x 227.4 x 9.76/17.96 mm in dimensions and weighs 1.58 kg. Its chassis is made of aluminum.
It is available in Titanium Gray color.
The Acer Swift X 14 AI, on the other hand, features up to an AMD Ryzen AI 9 365 Processor with up to NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Laptop GPU. It is accompanied by up to 32GB LPDDR5X memory, up to 1TB PCIe Gen4 SSD, and a 76 Wh 4-cell Li-ion battery capacity.
At the front, it sports a 14.5-inch OLED panel with 3K WQXGA+ (2880×1800) resolution, DCI-P3 100% color gamut, 16:10 aspect ratio, 340 nits brightness, and Calman-verified with integrated multi-touch. There’s also a 1080p FHD IR camera (1920×1080) with dual-mic support.
Security features include facial recognition, fingerprint reader, secured-core PC, Microsoft Pluton, and Kensington Lock slot.
It supports Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.4 for connectivity.
